Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Front End UI Developer, you will take charge of designing and maintaining high-quality, responsive web applications that provide outstanding user experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to turn product ideas into functional, polished interfaces. Your role involves building scalable front-end solutions while ensuring performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using React and modern JavaScript
Build reusable UI components and front-end libraries to support future development
Translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect, high-quality code
Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness across devices
Ensure accessibility standards are met for all user interactions
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
Participate actively in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
Contribute to technical decision-making processes within the engineering team
Mentor junior developers and promote front-end best practices throughout the team
Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends
Maintain cross-browser compatibility to deliver consistent user experiences
Implement performance optimization techniques focusing on Core Web Vitals
Use state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or Recoil effectively
What You'll Bring
You bring deep expertise in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js and modern JavaScript technologies. Your experience ensures you can build robust, maintainable applications while collaborating smoothly with cross-functional teams. You understand responsive design principles and have a solid grasp of testing frameworks to deliver reliable software.
5+ years of professional front-end development experience
Deep knowledge of React.js including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle methods
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel
Solid understanding of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Material UI
Skilled in writing unit and integration tests using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
Proficient with Git version control and collaborative workflows including pull requests and branching strategies
Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques focusing on Core Web Vitals
Ability to write clean, maintainable code that follows best practices
Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
Comfortable mentoring others and sharing technical knowledge within the team
