Candidate Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Career Central.

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Career Central is a technology platform that connects candidates and employers. We do not:

• Act as an employer

• Act as a recruitment agency (unless explicitly stated otherwise)

• Guarantee job placement

• Guarantee interview selection

• Endorse any employer or job listing

All hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

Mock interviews and feedback reports may be generated using artificial intelligence.

You acknowledge that:

• AI feedback may not always be accurate, complete, or tailored to every nuance of your profile.

• AI outputs are informational and educational only.

• You are responsible for interpreting and applying feedback appropriately.

Career Central is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• All activity that occurs under your account.

• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree that you will:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and current information.

• Upload only resumes and documents that belong to you.

• Not impersonate another individual.

• Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications.

• Not attempt to manipulate mock interview systems or results.

• Not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or harmful purposes.

By uploading your resume or creating a profile, you:

• Grant Career Central permission to process and store your information.

• Authorize sharing of your profile with employers when you apply to jobs.

• Acknowledge that employers may download or store your information independently.

You are responsible for ensuring that your uploaded documents do not contain unlawful or sensitive information you do not wish to share.

Career Central may display job listings provided by employers or third parties.

We do not:

• Independently verify all listings.

• Guarantee authenticity of every job posting.

• Take responsibility for employer actions.

If you suspect a fraudulent listing, please report it to us immediately.

Your use of Career Central is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect and process:

• Account information

• Resume data

• Interview responses

• Usage analytics

• Performance metrics

We implement reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure.

All platform content including:

• Software

• Branding

• Design

• AI interview frameworks

• Reports

• Scoring methodologies

are owned by Career Central or licensed to us.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Reverse engineer

• Redistribute

• Commercially exploit

any part of the platform without written consent.

You may not:

• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape job listings.

• Attempt to reverse engineer AI models.

• Upload malware or malicious code.

• Interfere with platform security.

• Harass other users or employers.

Violation may result in immediate termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Central shall not be liable for:

• Employment outcomes

• Missed job opportunities

• Employer misconduct

• Errors in AI feedback

• Platform downtime

• Data loss beyond reasonable control

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold Career Central harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform

• False information submitted by you

• Violation of these Terms

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features.

• Update mock interview formats.

• Add or remove job listing functionality.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• We are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the platform at any time.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
