Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from start to finish, focusing exclusively on B2C inside sales. You will engage directly with customers, guiding them through their purchase journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will be key to driving successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Handle end-to-end B2C inside sales activities ensuring customer satisfaction

Engage potential customers through effective communication to understand their needs

Present product offerings clearly and persuasively to encourage purchase decisions

Manage inbound and outbound calls during night shift hours

Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales strategies

Demonstrate a strong learning attitude by adapting quickly to new information

Take initiative in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through disciplined effort and hustle

Work independently while maintaining alignment with company goals and processes

Manage time effectively during night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM

Participate actively in the interview process including video screening, AI interview, and HR final call

What You'll Bring

You should come equipped with at least one year of experience in B2C sales, ideally within the Edtech sector. Strong communication skills paired with a hunger to learn will help you thrive in this role. Being proactive and ready to take initiative will set you apart as you work during night shifts in an office environment.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in B2C sales, preferably Edtech

Excellent verbal communication skills to connect effectively with customers

A proactive mindset that drives you to take initiative without waiting for direction

Strong willingness to learn and grow continuously within the role

Ability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Saturday

Comfortable working in an office located in HSR Layout, Bangalore

Self-motivated with a strong hustle mentality to achieve targets

Experience managing full sales cycles independently

Adaptability to handle various customer scenarios professionally

Persistence and resilience in pursuing leads until successful conversion

Familiarity with maintaining detailed records of sales activities

Capacity to thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets
