Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that every step aligns with business needs and hiring goals. You will work closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce demands and design effective sourcing strategies. Your efforts will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, managing interviews and offers, and maintaining a smooth, positive experience for all candidates. As the organization grows, you may also take on leadership responsibilities by mentoring or managing a recruitment team.

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, including role intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation, and closure.

Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, hiring priorities, and talent market conditions.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, agencies, and direct outreach.

Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, culture fit, compensation expectations, and long-term potential.

Drive a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Advise hiring managers on interview best practices, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and selection decisions.

Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and pre-joining engagement.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate, pipeline health, and hiring quality.

Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker and ensure process compliance.

Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally in the talent market.

Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, vendor partnerships, and reporting.

As the function scales, mentor junior recruiters and potentially lead a recruitment team.

You bring extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes independently across various functions and levels. Your strong stakeholder management skills enable you to effectively partner with senior leaders while driving efficient sourcing and selection. You are skilled at screening candidates thoughtfully to ensure the right fit for both skills and culture. Your communication abilities help maintain engagement with candidates throughout their journey. You thrive working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of recruitment quality.

Bachelor’s degree required.

10-15 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently.

Proven ability to hire across multiple functions, levels, or business areas.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner with senior business leaders.

Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

Strong communication, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Experience in both corporate recruitment and recruitment agency/search environments preferred.

Prior experience mentoring recruiters or managing recruitment operations preferred.

Exposure to leadership hiring, niche hiring, or high-volume hiring preferred.

Experience building recruitment processes from an early or growth-stage setup preferred.
