Your Responsibilities As a Sales Manager at Career Central, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and effectively communicating the value of our AI-driven hiring solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your efforts will support both customer success and product development through valuable market feedback. • Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts • Understand customer hiring challenges and present Career Central’s solutions effectively • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients • Conduct product demos and sales presentations with confidence and clarity • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with business goals • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and track progress against targets • Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product and business growth What You’ll Bring You’ll succeed in this role by leveraging your sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to engage customers thoughtfully. Your expertise combines technical understanding with sharp business insight and user empathy to drive product-led growth. • 5 to 8 years of product management experience with 3+ years in B2B or B2C SaaS scaling • Proven success improving activation, retention, and expansion metrics using data-driven approaches • Experience with Product-Led Growth frameworks is highly valuable • Proficient in product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Pendo, or Heap • Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and modern UI/UX design principles • Ability to engage in technical trade-off discussions confidently with engineering leads • Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating product strategy across stakeholders • Skilled at managing relationships with engineers, executives, customers, and cross-functional partners • Comfortable owning end-to-end product delivery from discovery through post-launch optimization • Demonstrated ability to reduce onboarding drop-offs and increase platform stickiness over time
