Your Responsibilities As a Sales Manager at Career Central, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by building strong client relationships and effectively communicating the value of our AI-driven hiring solutions. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Your efforts will support both customer success and product development through valuable market feedback. • Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts • Understand customer hiring challenges and present Career Central’s solutions effectively • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients • Conduct product demos and sales presentations with confidence and clarity • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with business goals • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates and track progress against targets • Gather market feedback and customer insights to support product and business growth What You’ll Bring You’ll succeed in this role by leveraging your sales experience, strong communication skills, and ability to engage customers thoughtfully.
