Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Handle diverse hiring portfolios including technology, product, content, operations, and leadership roles.
Implement best practices to improve sourcing efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and expectations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to support organizational growth.
Develop and manage recruitment dashboards, pipelines, and weekly reports.
Optimize recruitment processes focusing on speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
0 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Proven track record of hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Excel or Google Sheets, and dashboard reporting.

Preferred Experience

Experience with third-party API integrations and webhooks.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and best practices.
Familiarity with caching technologies such as Redis or equivalents and performance tuning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
