Your Responsibilities As a Sales and Marketing Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing within a dynamic SaaS environment. Your role involves supporting lead generation, outreach efforts, campaign execution, and brand visibility initiatives. You will work closely with the team to contribute actively to customer engagement and growth projects. • Assist in identifying potential clients, partners, and target companies for sales opportunities • Support lead generation by conducting research and maintaining outreach lists and CRM updates • Help with email outreach efforts, follow-up communications, and appointment setting • Support tracking of the sales pipeline and assist in preparing related reports • Assist in preparing sales materials including pitch decks and demo follow-up notes • Help plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels • Assist in creating content for social media posts, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and new opportunities • Support updates to website content and landing pages as needed • Help track marketing campaign performance and prepare basic reports on results • Assist with employer branding initiatives to raise awareness of the company • Support webinar, event, or promotional activities when required • Contribute ideas aimed at improving audience engagement and increasing lead conversion rates • Work on projects focused on customer acquisition and enhancing brand visibility What You’ll Bring You bring enthusiasm for sales and marketing combined with strong communication skills. You are motivated to learn by doing, organized in your approach, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Your interest in SaaS business development or recruitment technology will help you thrive in this role. • Recent graduate, final-year student, or early-career professional in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or related fields • Strong written and verbal communication skills to support outreach and content creation • Genuine interest in sales processes, marketing strategies, business development, and SaaS products • Good research abilities to help identify leads and analyze market trends • Organized approach to managing tasks such as CRM updates and campaign tracking • Comfortable using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools for daily tasks • Self-motivated with attention to detail and eagerness to learn new skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment • Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing • Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques including social media management or lead generation • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or LinkedIn outreach tools is a plus • Interest in recruitment technology, HR tech solutions, or AI-driven products will be beneficial • Prior internship experience or involvement in campus leadership roles is advantageous About Us Career Central helps organizations hire smarter with AI-powered workflows designed to save time, reduce bias, and improve decision-making.
